Flat Rate Repair & Maintenance*

*$108 Flat Rate Repair when you sign up for our Plan "A" Maintenance Agreement (Parts & Labor Coverage + Annual Maintenance) at time of repair ($58 /month).

Repair must not exceed $300. If repair exceeds $300, customer will receive a $300 credit towards the repair. Repair must be paid in full at time of service. Must sign up for a 1 year commitment and agree to automatically renew in additional 1 year increments on each anniversary date. You may cancel your Plan without penalty by providing notice within 45 days after your Plan's renewal date subject to the Plan's general terms and conditions. Prices are subject to change.

2 - seasonal 20 point inspections are included. We will perform the furnace seasonal inspection at the time of the repair. The air conditioning 20 point inspection will be performed during the AC season.
